Located just a 20-minute walk from the heart of Positano, Il Canneto offers convenient access to the town center. Additionally, it is situated opposite the bus stop, providing easy connections to other cities along the Amalfi Coast such as Ravello, Furore, and the magnificent city of Amalfi. For those preferring a quicker journey, the town center can be reached within approximately 20 minutes on foot, or alternatively, there is a bus stop for the "INTERNO POSITANO" bus right across the street, ensuring arrival in just 10 minutes.
How Reach us
Highway A1 direction Naples, after Caserta Sud, cross the Highway A3 direction Salerno. Exit to Castellamare di Stabia. Follow direction to Sorrento (Penisola Sorrentina), arriving in Piano di Sorrento follow direction to Positano.
Once in Positano we are easy to find.
For those who coming from Sorrento by car, at the beginning of Positano go straight to the main road for just 700 meters (we are in Via G.Marconi 89, do not enter the country for the Via Pasitea) up to meet us, you will find a bar with a signboard “Il Canneto”.
For those coming from Amalfi, the guesthouse is on the main road about 800m before the junction leading to via Pasitea. There is only a 10 minutes walk from the center of Positano and facing the bus stops, leading to both the center of Positano, to other towns of the Amalfi Coast.
With Sita don’t stop at Positano center, from Sorrento wait just 500m and ask the driver to drop at CANNETO stop, for those coming from Amalfi after the first stop (Positano center), which is different from the previous, 1km wait and ask the driver to stop at CANNETO.
Alternatively, you can reach Positano with a private transfer from Naples airport or by hydrofoil from Molo Beverello to Sorrento or Positano.
